Yoga for beginners at Vishwa Shanti Yoga daily schedule includes Shatkarma, Ganesh Aarti, Pranayama, Meditation, Philosophy and Anatomy along with Asana. If you are confident enough and want to join a certification program that allows you to later work as yoga instructor, you can join 200 hour TTC course. For the advanced level yoga practitioners who have already completed their 200 hour of training, 300 hour YTT will be ideal. Being Yoga Alliance USA registered yoga school i.e. RYS 200 and RYS 300, Vishwa Shanti Yoga TTC program is liked by people for its quality in education – philosophy and anatomy, practical and technical study of asana, pranayama; alignment and adjustment incorporated in the course from the very beginning and guided meditation practice.
